Dr. Mohammad Khurshed Alam has been working as Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology since September 2020. He is from Cumilla, Bangladesh. He served the Department as Assistant Professor from April 2014 to August 2020 and as Lecturer from September 2010 to April 2014, respectively. He has completed B.Sc and M.Sc. in Physics from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet. Bangladesh. He has also completed M.Phil in Physics from Bangladesh University of Engineering and technology (BUET). He got Ph.D degree in 2017 from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, South Korea. His present research interests are on nano-bio materials, magnetism and magnetic materials.
